If you're ready to begin training or just want to learn a bit more, schedule a free introductory session today!  This orientation will give us a chance to work one on one towards your objective.  You can expect us to go over the following topics and activities during your session:

  • Discussion of your goals and general plan to help you achieve success.

  • Limitations review.  We will examine and discuss issues that could impair your progress towards the goals.  These might include physical limitations, medical restrictions, or even schedule conflicts.

  • General fitness evaluation.  Basic exercise and assessment techniques to determine your current physical activity readiness.  

Let's get started!  Remember, the orientation is completely free.  This is an opportunity for me to demonstrate what I know and a chance for you to get some free professional guidance
