The majority of my clients are interested in eliminating excess body fat.  It's a constant battle for most of us and it gets more difficult as we get older.  There's no need to take this on alone.  Achieving weight loss or gain demands a comprehensive approach. In addition to guiding you through your workouts, I'll work with you to understand all of the elements required to reach your goals.
